Paulina Letelier, owner of Letelier Dairy Consulting, LLC, is passionate about helping dairy producers achieve their production goals while developing strategic solutions to maximize profitability.

Paulina earned her M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where her research focused on improving protein and amino acid nutritional efficiency in lactating dairy cows. Her expertise in dairy records analysis enables her to identify performance gaps and provide data-driven solutions to support herd performance.

Born and raised in Chilean Patagonia, Paulina is fluent in Spanish and provides customized training for Hispanic dairy employees including managers, feeders, and calf care teams, to facilitate communication, explain complex technical concepts, and improve labor efficiency.

Paulina lives in Pulaski, Wisconsin. In her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing, and kayaking.
